On the occasion of World Environment Day 2023, Tecnozoo aims to take further steps towards a more sustainable and environmentally respectful management of the company.
This translates not only into targeted actions in farms, such as seeking a substantial reduction in antibiotic use (an objective that guides Tecnozoo in the formulation of its products and in setting up technical assistance in the field), but also into a series of measures concerning the company’s production and management processes.

Attention to Packaging
In this in-depth article we had already explained the criteria and attention with which we chose our packaging material suppliers; the paper and plastic we use for our packaging are recyclable.
Did you also know that label printing occurs directly on the sack of our powder products? This allows us to save all the paper labels that were previously applied to the sack.
Clean Energy
In this article we discussed the installation of 400 panels to harness the primary force of the sun and reduce energy consumption during plant operation, leading to a decrease in greenhouse gas emissions.
A screen has recently been installed in the company that indicates, in addition to performance, power, and energy of the system, also the benefits for the environment:
avoided CO2 emissions and equivalent trees planted.
Responsible Printing
Starting this year, in addition to promoting digital distribution of our magazine, we have decided to print the remaining paper versions on paper produced according to ISO 14001 environmental management standards and OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management. Certified with Ecolabel and Blue Angel environmental labels and FSC® CO11032 Chain of Custody.
In addition to the certifications, the paper is produced with 100% recycled fiber, promoting the circular economy and generating less waste.
