What is FAMI QS
It is a feed and premix management system that certifies the safety, legality, and quality of feed and premixes, addressing issues of integrity (understood as prevention of food fraud) and food defense (understood as protection of the production site from any possibility of intentional contamination or adulteration to harm the consumer or the company’s reputation).
FAMI QS is a European code of good practice for companies operating in the production of feed additives and premixes, ensuring full compliance with current sector regulations, particularly with the principles of Regulation 183/2005/EC.
