Tecnozoo becomes a S.P.A., a great milestone achieved thanks to constant work and the company’s successes over the years of activity.
Every year since 1984, Tecnozoo has grown steadily, creating a solid and lasting company structure over time, paving the way to becoming a S.P.A.
As of August 1, 2021, we are officially a Joint Stock Company with an increase in share capital to €4,000,000.
Tecnozoo becomes a S.P.A.: the history of Tecnozoo and Zooplanet
This transition, made possible by the company’s growth, confirms the business solidity and entrepreneurial vision of Danilo and Ivano Vanzetto, who for over 35 years have focused on reducing antibiotics in animals and providing optimal farm management solutions.
In 1996, Zooplanet was founded, a franchised pet chain offering stores and services for animals.
To date, the chain has more than 30 stores across Italy, two of which are directly managed by the Vanzetto family.
Tecnozoo becomes a S.P.A.: the introduction of specialized product lines
In the 2000s, the need began to grow for developing increasingly specialized product lines dedicated to all animals.
Thus, Equiplanet was created, dedicated to the production of complementary feed and products for sports horses; System Pet, the line of complementary feed for all domestic animals; and Tecnozoo Pet, complete feeds and accessories from various brands, both exclusive and non-exclusive, for companion animals.
Alongside these lines, Zoofishing was also established, a brand dedicated to the production of baits and feed for sports and recreational fishing.
